[Investigating] We are aware of an issue with users unable to login with Reapit Connect. We are urgently investigating and we will post an update as soon as it has been resolved.

[Monitoring] The problem has been confirmed as intermittent and we are working with our third-party partner to fully understand the issue. We are continuing to monitor error metrics to ensure normal operations.
